Kendrick Lim a.k.a. “kunkka” is a an illustrator and concept designer. Beginning his creative journey in Tokyo as a game designer, he has returned home to Singapore in 2005 to establish Imaginary Friends Studios (IFS) together with 2 other partners, with the similar goal of making IFS a creative space for artists by artists. IFS has since become a household name in the entertainment and gaming industry, working with a variety of clients such as Sony Online Entertainment, Mtv Asia, and DC Comics.

Bold and gritty, with a sensual edge is what describes kunkka's art, as he fuses fantasy, contemporary themes and cultural influences. With this signature style of art, he has garnered fans from both the illustration and gaming world, and has especially found his way into the psyche of millions of gaming fans worldwide with his artworks for the game DOTA, and having a character in the game named after him.
